1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sinbad Syria mobile app or website (together, the "Service"), operated by [Legal Entity Name], you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sinbad Syria is a directory platform that helps travelers discover independent, third-party local tour organizers offering experiences, tours, and activities across Syria, and connects travelers directly with those organizers. Sinbad Syria does not itself organize, operate, guide, or supervise any tour, activity, or experience listed on the platform. Each experience is owned and operated by the independent organizer who lists it.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Connecting with Organizers

Sinbad Syria is currently a discovery directory. When you find an experience you're interested in, we provide you with the organizer's contact information so you can reach out directly. Any arrangements — including pricing, availability, and payment — are made directly between you and the organizer, outside the Service. Sinbad Syria is not a party to that arrangement and does not currently process bookings or payments. If in-app booking or payment becomes available in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

5. Organizer Conduct & Third-Party Content

Local organizers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Sinbad Syria. We take reasonable steps to list organizers we consider trustworthy, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, quality, or legality of any listed experience, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any organizer.

6. Travel Risks & Safety

Travel — including travel within Syria — carries inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating the safety of any destination or activity, checking current travel advisories from your government, and making your own judgment about whether to join or undertake any experience. Sinbad Syria is a directory service and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from travel arranged with an organizer found through the platform.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: providing false information, attempting to circumvent booking or payment processes, harassing organizers or other users, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sinbad Syria name, logo, and app content are the property of [Legal Entity Name] and may not be used without permission. Content provided by organizers remains their property.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinbad Syria and [Legal Entity Name] are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any experience arranged through it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to Sinbad Syria, other users, or organizers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
